Default Pulled Beef, Mushroom & Onion over biscuits

This cook was for an entry in the current Chuckie Throwdown, it came out quite tasty if I say so myself.

Decided to use Santa Maria seasoning to start.

On the Sm BGE...

Here we are a few hours in, but what to do with it.....

Almost done...

Put some Mushroom & onions seasoned with Plowboys Bovine Bold on the Lg BGE

Cooked them down a bit.

Added the jus from the beef

Pull the beef

Put the biscuits on

Add the beef to the mushrooms & onions

Biscuits are done.

Doesn't look fabulous, but this was awesome!
