Default Lamb a la Mini

Rack of lamb, marinade with fresh herbs, a coat of Dizzy Pig Red Eye Express rub, and a Mini BGE and I’m a happy camper.

Thanks Matt. The TD wasn’t on my mind when I cooked this but something I’ll consider if I don’t cook something more “hittable” before the deadline.

Very hittable! I like breaking racks down into two bones like that sometimes.
