Hi Brethren, here is what the wife wanted for dinner tonight...

Starting out with the FEC set to 325. Cooking a 20+ lb bone in Hickory Smoked "ready to cook" bone in ham

Here is is after cutting off some of the rind. I scored it and inserted some cloves

The FEC should be coming up to temp now...gonna go put it in........
