Default Pulled Pork Shroom Sandwhich

Pulled pork & BBQ sauce



Couple Portobello mushrooms



Shrooms cleaned & slathered with garlic butter



Couple brioche buns slathered with sweet cream butter and some slices of pepper jack cheese



Keg heating up using RO lump & pecan wood



Shrooms and sauced pulled pork heating up



Shrooms filled with sauced PP and buns starting to toast



Cheese melting on filled shrooms and buns done toasting



Shroom on toasted bun slathered with BBQ sauce served with Tater Tot rounds

Actually using the portobello for a base opens up endless combos of meats, cheeses & types of bread/rolls. I've used beef, pork, chicken, lamb, even used scallops once.
Best part is they are easy to make and great eating.
