Talking Left over pulled pork and cherry tomato pizza with pron!

So I am sitting at home on my day off and realize that I have a lot of Cherry Tomato’s growing this year…perhaps I should make a salad? …ummm, I think not.
I happen to have some frozen pulled pork in the freezer, perhaps I’ll make a sandwich? …ummm, naaaa.
I remembered a Pizza posting recently, from big matt that got me thinking…YES! Pizza it is!

Got the basics out of the cupboard and the freezer.

Sautéed the tomato’s with Garlic and EVOO then added the pulled pork.

Got the kettle ready with some lump.

Got the Pillsbury pizza dough seasoned with some Italian flair.

Loaded that bad boy with the pork and tomato mixture, added some pepperoni, roasted red peppers, mushrooms and whole milk sliced Polly-O mozzarella, with just a touch of sauce.

Out of the kettle and on to my plate!

Man, that looks great. One quick question. Is that pizza sauce or bbq sauce?
