Easy weeknight dinner
Got home late from work. Missus picking kids up from their after school activities. Skirt steak seasoned with Montreal steak seasoning, steamed broccoli, and asparagus and cauliflower rice. Used the Lodge grill on the stove top. Too late to fire up the grills.
