Default EdMon.-Tues class w/ "Fast Eddy" Maurin & David Bouska of Butcher's

I am heading up to Ponca City Oklahoma for Monday & Tuesday barbecue class.

Ed "Fast Eddy" Maurin & David Bouska of Butcher's will be teaching us on how to cook them thangs!

My moto on this trip is "Learn or burn ... learn or burn baby!"

If any bretherolitos are going then I hope to see you there!
