So after another round with the Grilla CS rep, cleaned and vacuumed once again. Try again Yesterday…it only went to 140* for 30 mins and then it shut down. 
I called today and finally got someone to listen, and actually troubleshoot.
The Fan and Ignition controller connectors are reversed!
I got it put back together, and this time, some success.
Cornish hens and corn on the cob, seasoned with SPOGOS, and the corn also had a hit of Tony Cs.
Now I can learn how to use it.
