Default Super Chucky...

Terrible pic, but a really good chucky. Smoked on the MB560 with Montreal Steak and foiled with lot of onions and carrots. It didn't probe tender till 210*, but it was super tender and there were no dry parts. Looks kinda mangled, but it just tore apart...

I'm on the same vibe, right down to the Montreal.

Thanks all. Can't afford briskets or beef ribs, so chuckies are my beef of choice.
I really can't seem to miss with this MB560. I bought it cuz it was the cheapest GF and thought it would be a good intro. Now it's my go-to.

Looks good! What size chuckie do you typically look for?

I just go for the thickest and most marbled chuck I can find.
