A Cold Winter Days Smoke, I Nailed Some ABT's, Added a Couple Fatty's to Round Out Lunch
We have a winter storm moving in to Arizona so what better to do but smoke some Summer food.
Finally had some ABT's come out really good. Had some Anaheim and Yellow peppers with a couple Jalapeno's. Stuffed with Cream cheese and Colby with a Dusting of PlowBoys Yardbird. Yum............. Fatty's had some Colby also, could have used some more cheese but ran out.

Great looking ABTs! The fatties look pretty good too. That darn cheese sure does like to find a way out.
Keep up the great cooking! To heck with that lil'ole storm thin.

Very nice! I'm right there with you, there is something special about those Anaheims done up as ABT's.

Love the Anaheims Terry! But a "cold winters day"? What, did it drop down to the 60's or something?

Lol, Rain in the Valley and Blizzard in the mountains, it is supposed to be mid 20's tonight here in Tucson. That is cold for here, at least it will be back to the 60's by Monday.

That looks good, would like to do some too. But our winter storm here in Stanford has us at -1 plus a bit of wind. Think I'll wait.

Excellent looking fatties and ABTs. Mind if I ask where you got that grill thermometer? I'm looking to buying one for my LG BGE.
