cold smoker?
I found this cooker for 75 bucks. I am thinking about it but not sure about it. THe smoke box is an old wooden podium looking thing made of cherry. THe smoke comes from the small kamado. I am thinking of getting it just for the kamado but had a question about the box itself. How good would this be? Anyone tried anything like this? I am assuming you could do cheese, bacon, ham etc. Anyone have any thoughts in general?

Pass on it. Even I would not attempt to use it. Norco could probably figure something out though.

I am really leery of the smoke box. I am really thinking of trying to talk the guy down just for the small kamado. It is about the size of a mini green egg. Was thinking of taking it on road trips, beach etc. After looking closer, It looks like the pipe connecting it is galvanized, this bothers me. I am really doubting the box.

Talk him down on the deal, just for the Kamado!
I have seen a couple cold smoker setups with dual BGE's and flexible dryer duct, similar to the one in the picture. I'm still kicking myself for passing on a small Kamado like that!
