Default Easter BBQ

It was unanimous. Everyone wanted a BBQ for Easter this year so I smoked a Butt & Ham and made a couple gallons of Baked Beans & ~ 20 lbs. of Potato Salad. Wifey was in charge of the deserts & veggies. Everyone was stuffed to the gills & we sent a lot home with them. Here are a few pics. Thanks for lookin'. Cheers!!!

Ham on top & Butt on bottom:

Pulled the ham @ 145F since it was fully cooked & all I wanted to do is add some smoke:

Butt was foiled @ 165F with AJ & pulled @ 200F:

The Butt after it was pulled:

Beans soaking:

~20 lbs. of Potato Salad:

This is all the scrap I had from the Butt. Hormel Pork is the bomb!
