Default This just in...

Left to right. Red Savina habanero, hot chiles, and medium hot chiles.


Roasted, peeled, and sealed about half the med hot.


I guess some more fermenting and canning coming up.

Lots more on the plants. Pounds of jalapenos and habaneros. Hard freeze next week. Time to bring em in.

I'm glad you got a decent crop after the early season debacle, they look great! I wish I could could have found some Red Savinas around here this year.
