Simply delicious! I’ve been crazy busy at work and haven’t been able to cook (or even post) much and I finally got to have a break. I found some pre-marinated beef flap meat was on sale again, so I picked up 3 each 1 lb. packages. Yesterday I had already made up some Salsa Fresca.
I was going to fire up the Primo and when someone stopped by and all of a sudden it was 6:00 P.M. so I did something unusual and I fired up the gasser
and made Tacos con Carne Asada. Here are just a couple of pics for proof.
