What are your 4 favorite Brisket Spices

Mine are:
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper (16 Mess)
Onion Powder
Paprika

i normally use Morton Kosher salt and 16 mesh black pepper. Each is about the same weight per volume. Your addition of onion powder and some paprika sounds great.
 
Ninja I say yes since that is what I use. If not that then just salt and pepper and maybe some low-sodium Tony's.
 
I don't have 4 favorite brisket spices.

I just do 50/50 by weight of kosher salt and butcher ground pepper (10 mesh)

If you find anything other than that on my brisket, something is wrong with me or I'm at a competition.
 
Ted & Barney's meat seasoning is up to now my favorite.

But I do not stop looking for new rubs to taste.

I have to agree with Mr. Turtle... Keep it simple unless you're doing competition and then do what you must.
