Hello from New Port Richey, FL!
Hi all!! Originally from NY, now in FL for the last 11 years. Lived in apartments for most of my life which is a problem when you love bbq. Can't have a smoker at any apartment I've lived in. I bought myself a house back in November for my 51st birthday and started researching smokers since now I can finally have one. Wound up buying a Camp Chef smoke pro dlx. I've used it for 6 weeks now and I'm not happy. So, I have a Oklahoma Joe's Longhorn reverse flow on the way. Really looking forward to learning how to be a pitmaster in my own mind lol.
