I only got a little of the Kerri's beans I made yesterday and was jonesing more. Only problem? I had a little pork left over, but plenty of brisket. What the heck - I went for it. I don't think I can call these Kerri's Hog apple beans but it's pretty tasty.... spooned over some corn bread....

Good looking beans Lynn. I just had me a plate of grub that included some Keri's Beans that were left over from turkey day. Great stuff!

I have had good luck with brisket in Keri's recipe. She says in the recipe
"1 lb. smoked leftover smoked pork or beef, more or less, or 1 lb crumbled cooked pork sausage" so I guess they are still Hog Apple.

Dang, now I need a bait of those beans.

I'm not sure on my opinion ... I think you should send over large batch and I'll try to decide.
