Default Friday off - Wings and Short Ribs

Nice day to be in the smoke. I'm cooking short ribs and 10 pounds of wings for the week.

Shorties are rubbed with SuckleBusters Campfire rub, and on the smoke to get to around 180 degrees.

In the mean time, I cooked 10 pounds of wings - flats for my wife rubbed with SuckleBuster's Mesquite rub:

I get the drumettes, rubbed with SuckleBusters Clucker Dust:

The ribs came off the smoke at 185 and into a bath of beef broth, Worcestershire, Tiger sauce, and butter.

They're going to steam for a bit and I''ll pull them in about a half hour.

What an awesome day you've had!

I'd trade my chem gear and MOPP levels for some of that.
