Tri Tip was on sale recently at a local market different than the one I usually frequent. As a bonus it wasn't cut into individual steaks!
The Tally came to under $20 for dinner tonight for 2. Tri Tip, Yams, Corn -
Oakridge gets the call -
Sweet Potatoes are thinly sliced for crisp chips -
Goldens' was set up for indirect and a reverse sear near the end -
Resting -
Sliced. Looking might fine -
Dinner is served! -
It doesn't get much better than this! This Tri Tip was outstanding. I've got to keep an eye out for more sales.
