Homemade Sausage
I figured this weekend would be as good as any to finally pull out the ground venison from the freezer and make a little bit of sausage.
All in all not too bad, other than only having a hand grinder which made for a long evening. I made 16lbs each of Bratwurst, Hot Italian Sausage, and Sweet Italian Sausage. A few shots from along the way. Thanks for looking. |
