Default Brisket Injection

Our beef product has been tried and tested in all types of cooking. One way is the competition world. It has been used to win some of the biggest and most prestigious events in the United States, Canada, and Europe. It is commonly injected to get the moisture and flavor profile deep with in the muscle. Other ways it has been used is the marinading world, In beef cook offs our product is used in conjunction with a vacuum tumbler for a quicker result.

Another great use is with a hot skillet and fresh cut vegetables it makes a great steak house taste right at home.

This product is sold in 2, 5, and 10 pound bags. Bulk orders and wholesale pricing available upon request.

If you have any question, comments, or just want to know more post here and I will respond. Thanks for the interest in Butcher BBQ Beef Injection.

For those of you that aren't familiar with this product, it's a winner. I had been using the FAB products but started using Butcher products earlier this year, and haven't gone back. Fantastic product!

Good stuff. I used FAB for many years, but recently switched over to Butchers and won three contests. Recommended, good price and quick shipping

Butcher BBQ- would love to try your brisket & butt injection but 2lbs each is too large a size for me as a first time user. Any chance you have a sampler pack or 1lb of each?
