Default 5 hour smoked baby back ribs didn't remove membrane

Smoked ribs last night second time using the smoker since my daughter was born. 5 hours and 225 on a Weber Bullet. Very Happy with results.

I never remove the membrane. It keeps juices in, and I like the crunchiness of it.

Good looking ribs.
