Got a chance to cook for my sister, who is in town from Atlanta. She lived in Dallas for a few years, and then in Orange County/LA for a few years before settling in Atl.

So a girl from STL, who has tried some of the best regional Q from a few of the national bbq mecca’s. Her all time favorite are beef ribs. Specially the style done by Lucille’s BBQ in LA. https://lucillesbbq.com

So I pulled some Creekstone Short ribs from the freezer. Used some Lucille’s rub and later some of their sauce, both of which she sent me after the last time I made her some.
