Is that a full size dinner plate? where do you get sardines that big? I would love to hear more details.

I believe the plate is 8.5", but yeah they are some good sized sardines. I picked them up at Super Cao Nguyen in OKC. It is an Asian market, with a large seafood section.

Looks great. I'd be all over that, never cooked sardines and may have to add it to the grilling bucket list. I'd be adding anchovies to it though. Gotta have them on any Greek salad!
