My favorite temperature is Done.
I mean, I have probed some stranger things, and used a hot dog as a probe buffer.
But I ain't never probed a Burger.
That's just lude...crude...and unrefined.
 
Never cooked a burger to temp and I’ve flipped a lot of burgers for large groups.
You just cook them until they are done. Chris
 
Whatever temp is that is juicy but just barely any pink left.
I'm a wuss... I can't do rare or med rare burgers.
 
Depending on the source anywhere from med to well (135ish to 160ish). Bottom line no burger should be dry.
 
I like a medium to medium well burger, something about the texture of medium rare ground beef is not pleasant to me, its to mushy. All my steaks I try to get medium rare though.
