End of Summer Party!

Invited a bunch of the kids friends and families over for an end of summer pool party. Grilled veggies, hot dogs, smoked brats with bacon jam, smoked nuts, and chicken thighs. Pulled out the 270 for all of the smoking.

I'll say! And the veggie tray is so nicely done - is that Balsamic sprinkled over the top?
Or just nice grill marks?

Thanks! Cast iron grill grate makes phenomenal grill marks.
