Hi All,
I am a retired machinist from Livermore CA. I enjoy cooking and have always relied on smoking with small Brinkman cookers. Now that I have time I am in the process of building a UDS and can hardly wait to go big time. I'm sure to learn a lot from this site.

Welcome!

I'm in Livermore on business a couple times a week. Let me know if I can help you out on the UDS.

Or if you'd like to feed me!
