Man o man, it's been almost 2 years since the last time I fired up a smoker of any kind.
This is a very special moment for this cooker though.
Almost a year ago I left everything I had behind after a bad breakup and decided it was time to start somewhere new. I packed what I could in a duffle bag and headed west.
This special moment is proof that anyone can start over with nothing and come back stronger as long as you have the will to do so.
I look forward to a bright future growing and learning along the way!

Thank you everyone. I'm doing my first cook in it tomorrow. 2 Spatchcock chicken, injected with Cajun butter. Rubbed with Weber chicken and rib rub. They will rest in the fridge till tomorrow.
