OK guys. Used it for the first time tonight. LOVE this grill!
Going to take a bit of getting used to compared to my Weber Kettle (DUH!!). I didn't use enough charcoal to get it blazing hot. I'm going to try again this week except this time I will remove the V-pan and raise the charcoal basket to the higher level. This grill is a beast! |
