The wife asked if we could have hamburger steaks and onions cooked in the electric skillet if she brought ground beef home. We have my Grandmother's old electric skillet, no writing left on it, very well seasoned, Fresh ground chuck with SPG mixed in, let's try the last of the Oakridge Carne Crosta?

Time to add the onions with a liberal dose of Worcestershire Sauce.

The rub put a wonderful crust on the burgers cooked on the skillet. It added a whole new layer of favor. Pulled the burgers and scraped the sear into the onions. WOW!

Great looking burgers. I think you need to add a few more onions.
