I was inspired by this article showing 100 kinds of sauces. I think one of the simplest ones is fry sauce. :becky:

Yes, the pizza sauce is "on" your entry. And before the age old question comes up, "Is gravy a sauce?" Yes, gravy is a meat based sauce.

This is an entry...

As near as I can tell it has been about 18 months since I cooked pork ribs!

My wife found two racks of Smithfield St. Louis Spares in the manager’s special bin at a local supermarket so I unwrapped them, rubbed them, and put them in my blue Hunsaker Smokers drum.

Please use this picture for the entry thread.

Nothing fancy, just great eating ribs, and some cheesy cauliflower sticks.
