Scenario #1
You place a twenty pound turkey in a 350* oven to cook overnight.
Upon entering the kitchen the next morning you find the oven is off. You take the temperature of the bird, and your thermometer reads 115* What should you do? __________________________________________________ _________________ The answer is throw it away. I'd say throw it out. No telling how long that turkey was sitting with the oven off. Some nasty things could be growing in there
