A few items I can offer:
Injected with Smoke on Wheels pork injection
Smoked on Lrg BGE indirect with Pecan,Apple & Cherry chunks
Found out that original dome temp guage was broke, grabbed the
one off my mini, continued on . . .
Pulled both off, wrapped in HDAF, with a 4x folded towel
Waiting for contractor to show so I could give him some,
app. 3 hours. still hot, had to use hot food gloves to pull.
Vacu sealed all and gave one (app 1 1/2#) to contractor
with a bottle of sauce.
After that, things get fuzzy! :mrgreen::mrgreen:
