It honestly smelled so gosh darn insane I just wanted to get it in my mouth so I sliced it and snapped a pic, threw it on my plate and looked down at the cutting board...the bone and juice and knife splashed everywhere... I thought it was funny so I put my plate on the cutting board and snapped the pic.
