Upped my subscription to 2 beers last time. When it expires this time, I will raise it to 3 beers. Do I need to? No. But I think for $100, I am still getting the deal of the century. Thanks Phil and all the Brethren that keep this place running.

Deal of the century is spot on. Brethren is where I go to getaway from the stress of my day. Wholesome, fun, and delicious. Love it here. Step right up and keep this place running

In for a beer now

I haven't spent nearly the amount of time here yet that I'd like to, but I've gotten a ton out of my short tenure already. I'm sure that will only dramatically increase

Facebook has its advantages but there is much more specialized knowledge here. Count me in.

I paid over 4k to have one of my employees take the CEC test between fees and the actual practice cooks. Investing $25 seems like a deal for the opportunity to see the cooks and hints from true pitmasters. Thank you for allowing me to be part of this amazing group.

I appreciate the heads-up. Been on this site for a couple of years and it is invaluable. But I had never joined. Now I'm in and have a beer! Cheers Brethren!

If you were to go to a say a Myron class it would cost so much more than a subscription here. Yes you learn a lot in one day but what I've learned here in the short 7 years I've been hanging out it's a bargain. I know not everyone can afford it and that's understandable. I'll just work a couple of more hours on the contract job to help Phil maintain the best site on the internet!

After seeing how generous some folks are I feel kind of bad just having a one-beer subscription, but in my defense I am trying to watch my weight!

Bump! If you haven't subscribed yet...it's time. $25 a year is all it takes to keep the lights on! I know you get more value than that from this place!!

Just one this time? Cmon. I had a Private Message exchange with Phil, asking what else I could do to help. This is part of the conversation.

Think about that. One of our servers crashes and Phil doesn't have enough to cover it. We have thousands of members here. If 100 people sign up for a $25 subscription Phil has his buffer back.

Please consider helping out!
