Default Started Right!!

Fired up the UDS at 5:30 this morning and started the new year off right!!
Made some bacon wrapped meatballs(not a Moink certified kitchen) and some ABTs to take to work today. Triple time, nothing to do and some smoked finger food- it would only be better if I was working at a brewery!!

I thought it was only my eyes that were bleary this morning

LOL- I thought the same! I put the UDS in the back of the truck and kept it burning. When I got to work I put 4 racks of ribs on and they are just about done. Four of us may have to work today but we are going to eat well!! I left the camera at home but I wish I had a picture of my buddies faces when I pulled the ribs to put on the smoker!
