Default New Pork Injection

I am excited to announce that we have a new item for everyone to enjoy. It is our "Open Pit Flavored Pork Injection". Do you remember that flavor of pork you used to get when cooking over an open flame? We have captured that flavor in this injection. This new item is just one more great injection we are proud to put our name one. We have been working for the last week getting this item out to our retailers so they can had it in their store ready for you. It can also be found on our website also. If you don't find it at your favorite Butcher BBQ retailer just ask them and they will show you where it is.

I have been using it since May or a combination of it while tweaking it to what it is today.

I have heard a lot of talk lately about either injecting or brining ribs. Let me tell you that early test have proven this is what your looking for.

Purchased 2 bags of Open Pit from David at the Jack.
Finally got a chance to try it. I would recommend this injection.
I don't know how it did it, but its does add that open pit flavor to pork.

Thanks David
