"Happy Good Phriday Pharkers,what's Smoking this Easter Weekend?"

Happy Phryday Pholks!
Picked up a couple of phlat iron steaks last night, thinking Philly cheese steaks on the BS tonight. Not sure 'bout Saturday, gonna be a yardwork blitz in prep phor Sunday.
Sunday, double smoked ham and a smoked salmon. Might throw some sweet taters and onions in the firebox for the last hour or so.

Daughter is coming home from College for the weekend and I think she misses good food. Requested ribs a couple weeks ago, so I will be doing that on Saturday. Al most 70 and sunny. Can't ask for a better day to sit outside throwing in splits and drinking beer.
 
I made my first purchase from creekstone and got some st Louis ribs that I'll be smoking tomorrow. Very excited
