No luck, my Local Market is sold out. Rosemary sells like...crazy
around Easter.
Last year, I waited 'till Saturday to buy rosemary,
no chance any was left. This Year, I thought I was Smart.
Nope, not smart again. I see a pattern....

I'll do a Rosemary, Garlic, WVOO, Pepper, KOSHER Salt. paste, and
slather that on for a few hours.
The farkers better like it! On a 18" which is hard to work with,

10 bone - in lamb chops. You know you get some "Porterhouse"
chops in that 10 pack at Costco. Look for those chops.

Have run into the same issue a few times over the years. Keep dry rosemary in the pantry for times I can't find it fresh.

Good point Mchar. I wasn’t even thinking that rosemary could be long gone by the time I get my act together for store run. It’s essential!

Agree with the “plant your own” comments - we have a big Rosemary bush about 4 feet from our front door, my SO just planted two more as part of the backyard beautification project. Always good to have some fresh.
