Default Ribs and pickles

Did this rack half seasoned with Meat Church holy gospel and other half had Texas bbq rubs grand champion.

This rack I figured I try paper. Cooked three hours then in paper for an hour or so, then back on for 20 minutes. This pink paper is so much better then the white paper I bought. White stuff just ripped so easy from the drippings.

Did up some bacon wrapped pickles.

These things are so good. I use different shredded cheeses to change it up. Sometimes I slice zucchini with a potato peeler and wrap them with zucchini, for my wife. That's a pain to do.

From the title, I thought your post was about eating pickles with barbecue, which I've done since I was a little boy. I'll have to give the bacon wrapped spears a try, they look good.
