CATEGORY DESCRIPTION - PLEASE READ:



1. Cook your favorite south of the border/Mexican meals or dishes!

2. MULTIPLE ENTRIES ARE ALLOWED and encouraged for this Throwdown only!

3. Entries must conform to standard Throwdown rules



You may submit entries that are cooked from 4/30 through 5/31.

Entry pictures must be submitted by Noon Central US Time on 5/31.
