Had lephtover pork roast in the freezer. The recipe I had used wasn't great so wanted to make something of it.
Cut up the roast in cubes and added seasoning: Oakridge venison rub, Oakridge HDD, ground cumin, smoked paprika.
Sauteed some onions and garlic in a skillet, then fried the meat in the skillet and added onions/garlic.
Served in a wrap with some salsa, pickled Jalapenos and cheese.
