Default First Smoke On The UDS

Had a couple of pork butts on my UDS today for a trial run. It was a learning process, especially when it came time to take the meat off when it hit the magic temperature, but the finished product turned out pretty great. Now that I have some experience under my belt the next go-round should be even better.

Looks like you nailed it brotha. Once you get comfortable with the UDS it's pretty much set it and forget it!
