When to wrap

When do y’all normally wrap y’all brisket ? Do y’all go off of color of the brisket feel,temp,are time ? What technique do y’all use what works for y’all ?

I wrap 160-170.. it depends on color.. how fast I want it done.. the first brisket I ever cooked.. I wrapped too early.. and the whole thing tasted like pot roast and not BBQ brisket.. so I try not to wrap early anymore

I wrap mine in paper after it comes off the smoker. Then rest for a few hours and enjoy!

I wrap when the bark color is where I like it.
