Give your butcher a pat on the back. That is a great looking piece of meat to begin with. Nice marbling.

It was Myron Mixon's homemade baked peach beans. I wasn't a fan. My wife liked them, but I will be looking for a different recipe. His brisket rub and injection is very simple but very effective! Made a very nice bark that complimented the meat. His sweet tea recipe is outstanding as well.
