Commercial use Smokers

Hi I new to the forum. I've been cureing and smoking bacon for about 6 yrs and thinking about turning it into a business.
I hope I'm not braking rules here or if I'm in the right forum?
I live near Cleveland , Ohio ...one of those "Northern States "
I'd like a smoker that is certified for commercial use, does anyone know of manufacturer?
I'm told that health inspectors can approve individual units.

Southern Pride, Ole Hickory and Cookshack are all NSF certified.

Pro Smoker and JR Manufacturing are also NSF or equivalent.

I live in Ohio. Health Dpt in Greene County passed FEC 100 and Cookshack. Told me in the future they would possibly pass non NSF Smoker if I gave them cut sheets on smoker and showed it could be cleaned. Every county is different, maybe they might pass something non NSF if you approach them right
