I took the plunge, and bought a airstream. Converting it to a food truck. I own a bbq restaurant, so I'm going to have pulled pork, but I would like to do some fair style good. I am going to have those bbq Sunday. Mashed potatoes, pork, gravy and bbq sauce in a tall clear plastic cup. What are some other good walk around and eat items to do with bbq?

We had a lot of success with loaded pulled pork nachos. Easy, cheap and easy to walk with while eating.

You're in corn country, Mexican street corn on a stick. Delicious with nice margins. Fried oreos or twinkies.

we called them walking tacos, you take a bag of fritos and open them up and fillit with taco meat or bbq then add nacho cheese, tomatoes, jalapenos and sour cream

We call them Corndogs around here. Ever since I can remember at the LA. State Fair. Recently Huge Turkey Legs became popular served off a hot grill.
