On beef ribs, if using strictly SM products, i would choose sweet seduction and peppered cow. That's just me though! If you have some money or sweet money from BPS, I would add that to the mix for sure in equal parts.

Peppered Cow for me, but since the man himself, BBS suggests sweet seduction as well, I'll be adding that to my next slab of beef ribs. I'll probably even try that combo on a brisket this weekend.

I have never tried that combo on brisket....hmmm!
