I wasn’t going to grill tonight and then thought “ ah it’s Wednesday, so why not”

Chinese pork grill steaks, homemade slaw and veggie rice

Just an observation, but did anybody notice how lean the meat appears in the photo? I'm guessing the steaks came from a different part of the hog than the shoulder blade steaks (meaning from the pork butt) that we see on this side of the pond. Perhaps from the ham due to the lack of the different muscles normally seen in sliced pork steaks.


Again, just an observation.


Now, tell us about that marinade.

I was about to say the same thing. Not sure where this was cut from? Looks delicious either way.

I know nothing of the marinade, as they came ready marinated - sorry
