Was offered this unit from a private party on another forum. They want $3500, Too high i think for a unit in this condition. It looks like it was used the heck out of, very seasoned. Brand new is 4300. The last time i made an offer to someone on a used smoker, i offended them and they stopped contacting me.So i am hesitant to even make an offer on this very seasoned unit.

That cooker looks to be in great shape. It doesn't take long to get the firebox looking like this.

The 32 is BIG cooker. Check out the dimensions on the site.

Yeah it's big. Not even sure I need that size. Appreciate the input. A brand new 17 would cost me around 3500 delivered. But that is new of course. A 32 might force me to try and cater lol.

I would find it difficult to pay more than 50-60% of list for a used cooker. But I am a cheapskate when it comes to that sort of thing. Rather spend on the meat.

Still a 7 hour trip. Not sure i wanna do that. Maybe i'll make an offer and see if he's willing to do the drive. heh

North of Atlanta, was willing to meet half way... May entertain it if i can get it at a good rate... + uhaul may make it worth it. For some stupid reason, i want a brand new pristine unit, or near one. At least when i think of the price i think that way, i was planning on cooking in racks above pans if i got a new unit.
 
I was thinking it was more Local to you. Most people are Not gonna wanna drive/deliver it esp at a low offer or further than Local. I wouldn’t. I sell crap on CL all the time and someone will text me an Offer, I say Ok then they text I’m an hour away can you meet me halfway - Hell No - esp on something Cheap. I get 15 mpg and they want me to drive 20-30 miles for $50 or $100 :der:
On more expensive things - Smokers, vehicles - I tell them price is in the Ad, come Look at it and make a Cash Offer.
